Unidentified Spider (sorta freaking me out!)

Okay, so a while back I found a reddish brown spider in my bed (turned out it was some outdoor spider that eats woodlice).

Today I have found this delightful creature haunting my bathroom. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen my fair share of indoor spiders. His legs aren't very clear in the picture, but his back is cream with black spots, his legs are black, and he seems to have two brown pincers on his head. Slightly unnerving to say the least.

I should also point out that when I approach the glass I put over him, he rears up and charges at me (so in the glass he stays).

I'm in Ireland, and the closest I could find was a "sitting spider" but they're natives of Wales, and rare ones at that.
    Any ideas?

He has the shape of the lace webbed spider and the colouring of the sitting spider on his back end. In fact hes just like the lace one apart from colour and pattern

Speaking of weirdo spiders, my mate who lives in Perth Australia snapped this bugger in his garden.

Did some digging Galva, apparently its the Garden Orb Weaver (Eriophora transmarina)

They're pretty harmless apparently although you wouldn't think it to look at them.

Yeah according to my mate they dont usually bite (even when they do its not painful), but they make their webs at night and panic when you walk into the webs, running all over your face!

Harmless or not, can't say I'd react too calmly to that in the middle of the night :D
