Trying to find the name of a band..

    Hey guys, this is gonna sound weird but I remember a band from about 6 or 7 years ago and I can't for the life of me remember their name..

    I know the lead singer had just above shoulder length pink hair, they were a 3-piece rock band. One of their videos was in a really dingy kinda room, it was dull.. I'm convinced the band starts with the letter U but I could be wrong.

    It's not The Used, I'm certain of that. If it's not U, A is springing to mind.. My head is melted!

    It's absolutely driving me insane!

    I remember the melody from one of their songs but I don't remember any words, Hahaha I won't sleep tonight if I don't figure it out!

    Q 1: was the lead singer a man or woman?
    Q 2: where did you 'feel' they were from (you know how sometimes you can tell a band is North American or Scandanavian or wherever just by a their look or sound)?
    Q 3: can you compare the sound to another band?
    Q4: what are you wearing? :p
