    Back still wasn't 100% today.
    Deadlifted up to 150 and decided to call it a day. I could have kept going but I didn't want to break anything back there.

    BB Rows were out too so I just did some machine rows supersetted with leg curls
    Klokov Presses 48kg x 8
    Then I did 8x3 muscle snatches and some ab work.

    All in all, fairly **** day.
