Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Should there be a statue of Ahern, Cowen and Lenihan in Dublin Airport?

    This morning on my way to work, I thought it would be an idea to have
    a statue at the end of the runway in Dublin Airport of Ahern, Cowen and Lenihan.

    That way, when our emigrants are leaving this country, as they look out the window of the plane, they can hold onto a lasting memory of the country and Fianna Fail's legacy.

    Yes.

    There should a large statue featuring Ireland bent over in the doggy position ("kneeling" on Kerry and Mayo), with Bertie Ahern violently raping it.

    The words "NEVER FORGET" should be in large letters underneath.

    The end of the runway wouldn't be wide enough. They'd need to be along the sides.

    I like the idea of a spittoon with their faces on the inside in the departures lounge.

    If we cant stretch to spittoons then just having their faces printed onto urinals would do.

    Sounds like a good idea, have them all smiling and waving goodbye. Preferably with large brown envelopes pouring outta their pockets.


    Then further along have Noonan standing folding his hands and looking down his nose at those leaving as part of a "lifestyle choice".

    A statue of their own parents holding a ballot with FF ticked no 1 and a priest with his hand on some young child's genitals would be more apt. And another statue of a man/woman without eyes would compliment both.
