Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

have a high spec side spreader. thing is you know them plates and other thing that are connected at the end of the chains. some of them are missing. im putting this down to them coming first day with roll pins which wear away quiet fast. would it be better to use a bolt in these instead as there are currently a few missing which i must replace. what strength bolt should be used or what do ye do to solve the problem?

Increasing the strength of bolt wouldn't make any difference if corrosion is your problem. Stainless steel bolts will last longer but will be more expensive.

I find that the roll pins last much longer than any bolts I ever used. Make sure to get the proper pins though, they look more like a swirl at the end than the more common single pin. If you can't get these than a second roll pin inside the other works just as well. Have twice the metal to wear out
