    whats the law/ understanding on council housing, when you've 4 kids all girls, when they're all different ages, some much older than the others, are you only edgible for a 3 bed. or is the eldest entitiled to a bed of her own.which would entail a 4 bed being offered, came up in a chat, need to know answer pls. thanks.

    If there are two twin rooms and a single, then it seems to meet your basic needs.

    As above, once the house has the space to house all five of you, it meets basic needs. So all it technically needs as far as beds go is five beds, one for each of you.
