architect in north wicklow?

    Hi can anyone recommend an architect in north Wicklow. (who won’t rip me off )
    Have a site close to Wicklow town and want to get plans drawn and planning for a 3 bedroom bungalow. Hoping to have planning sorted this year and be ready for building next summer.
    Any rough idea on price they charging therse days to draw up plans and put in for planning?

    invite 3 archs to the site, explain what you want and get quotations

    so best to get them out to the site first rather thangoing into them first?

    where had you imagined meeting them? its like asking a doctor to diagnose your ailments over the phone.

    you dont want to get 'ripped off', so why not be up front with them and meet them on the actual site. also why not do a bit of research of of your own starting with the following, so you know what they will be explaining to you as regards current design and construction standards

    Agree with advice above. Get a few of them out and it also hopefully will help open your eyes as to what options you have!
