Impressive size, but do they actually have an aircraft that can operate off that deck?

Do they still operate the Harrier? Wondering what the purpose of the ramp on the bow is for if they don't?

The original plan was to purchase the F35B aircraft, hence the sloped deck, the UK then decided to cancel that order and get the F35C, this would have required the US style catapult system, when the costs of that modification became too high, they went back to the F35B again. But so far they only have ordered 48 F35B, with the latest defence cuts in the UK, it will be interesting to see where this program goes!

A very interesting, if very specialised, documentary on the 'Walk to Work' idea for small offshore platforms. A lot of high-tech kit here.

NAM and Shell UK combined their forces with Royal Wagenborg and shipyard Royal Niestern Sander, which resulted in the world’s first maintenance support walk to work vessel.

This is the epic story about the ‘KROONBORG’, the result of the innovative Walk-to-Work project. A Dutch project that will change the entire offshore industry.

When it's not enough to own an 87m superyacht

    ACE-8.jpg?image_id=108397&k=4945&w=800&h=519&q=75

You obviously need a dedicated 67m support ship for all your toys.
