Can i buy those new hearing aids anywhere in town ? And how much

Hi I where a hearing aid in my right ear for a minor hearing loss noting major I currently have the normal kind with the big tube going to the ear These new ones are tiny though wih just a very small wire anyone know if I should be ok to get one? And if so how much do they go for?

Did you get response to your query about where you could source the discrete hearing aid. I am suspicious of many of these suppliers
