    So glad to see the manager of the hotel got to buy it today... Pauls a great guy and has put a lot of work into the place in the last few years to get it running again.

    Jobs safe and a person that loves the place is now fully in control, and bought at a steal.

    Good to see it not closing, according to the rte website it was worth 4.5 million at one stage. Wow.
    Anyway I wish him every success, it's a great area.

    Just looked up on solo check if you search Brian Britton who is from Co. Louth you will see he was a director of Sand house hotel limited which is in liquidation and is now a director of a new company Sandhouse Hotel Rossnowlagh limited of which Paul Diver is also a director

    So all debts wrote off (read, taxpayers, bank customers & suppliers foot bill) and same people get the Hotel without the debt.........ummm, Good deal.
