    I would appreciate if someone could contact me regarding a faulty Boston Acoustics XS SE subwoofer I purchased from you last December.

    I've PM'd John and Dave with all the relevant details and had no reply from them so far this week.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
    Dave is off on holidays and John has been flat out.

    Has the sub just gone faulty?

    If this is the case it would need returned to the Belfast store so that we can have it sent off to be repaired.

    How far from the store are you?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
