mountain biking tuscany?

    hi, just wondering has anyone ever done mountain biking in tuscany italy, im heading with a gang to a wedding in august and it would be great way to pass a day while we are there, i cant find much on the internet, i wouldnt mind a guided tour through the mountins

    Try Garfagnana adventures. Was there (in Garfagnana) last year with Exodus, in Apuane Alps and Appenines. It's largely tourist free area and the owner/guide's a South African fella who's resettled there. His website's kinda pants, but you'll fnd other, better info on Exodus.co.uk or explorer.co.uk (They act as an agency for his tours, but it's cheaper to deal directly with him, so he said).
