looking to buy some topsoil for my backgarden which i'm after clearing out. been reading on other threads that it should be more blackish and crumbly (not like the heavy clay soil i just got rid of) and that weeds are a good sign of the soil quality?? so i'm wondering should i buy off some garden centre or the like to ensure what i'm getting is the real deal?? or is there much difference from the stuff usually sold on adverts.ie or on donedeal.ie?? saw an ad on gumtree out in ballygarvan for 3.5 tonnes for €50 which sounds nearly too good to be true!
