Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just thought i'd give you all a little warning about this website.
    I really like this website and will still continue to use them but I just said i'd post this here so you could all be aware.

    Basically I placed an order at the start of January which didn't go through, there was a problem with the card or something and I didn't put the order through again for a couple of weeks when I ordered another item with the one i'd originally ordered.

    I received an email today from them which I thought was fake saying that they were going to attempt to charge my card again within the next 48 hours, so I rang them up to tell them about the email and they said that it was them.

    I said "why are you trying to charge my card 2 months later for an order without even asking me if I wanted the item, I've never come across any company on the internet who would think it was ok to decide to charge your card 2 months later", the guy on the phone said "yes but you never cancelled the order blah blah blah" and I said "but that doesn't give you the right to decide to take money from my card 2 months later, normally if an order doesn't go through, that's it, the customer has to try it again, I have no contract with you....no obligation to fulfil an order with you once i've clicked the payment button blah blah blah what if someone placed an order for a few hundred euro which didn't go through and then a couple of months later you take the money and they miss a mortgage payment because of you etc" . I really had a rant as you can tell. :)

    He just said we thought you would like to fulfil your order, I said I already had the item as I reordered a couple of weeks later.

    He cancelled the order no problem but just be aware that if you order with them and it doesn't work that you cancel all outstanding orders or they will try to charge your card.

    I only checked after I got off the phone with them and I haven't saved any card details with them ( I never do) but yet they must have stored them anyway. :confused:

    I had serious hassle with this crowd before. Didn't receive my order for 6 weeks after they charged my card despite it saying dispatched and everytime I rang I got a different story about where it was. Turns out they were waiting on some stock to arrive before they could fulfill it. I really got the impression that they had my money so couldn't be bothered looking up where it was. They should give an accurate delivery date or at least let you know there will be a delay due to item out of stock. Wouldn't order for them again.

    I've never used this site but I've used Feel Unique their prices are pretty similar and so is what they sell and free delivery to Ireland. Delivery is usually bout 5 days ish but ive never had a problem with them.
