    Since it's a Jack Russell you should really just call him Jack

    Or Kennedy, like Jack Kennedy
    Or Kyle, after Irelands previous Grand Slam Captain Jack Kyle

    Or to take the Russell part you could go for Russell Crowes character in Gladiator
    Maximus Decimus Meridius
    or if you want ot go more traditional, just Max for short

    Or Brand(y) after Russell Brand or even Simmons after Def Jam founder Russell Simmons.

    I quite like the idea of Simmons, When you say it, it sounds quintesentially English Upper Class calling the butler.

    Oooh just thought of another one;
    Jacko

    After Jack Russell AND Michael Jackson, since it's black and White :-)

    I have a dog called buddy and a 9 week old jack russell called Jade ( I hate it we tried to change it but its stuck). I also had a JR called scamp as a child and my parents have one now with the same name she is the most adorable dog. I love the name napoleon for a jack russell big man in a small body.

    or
    Bonaparte
    or
    anything easy to say, ending in ie or y, rolls off the tongue
    or
    anything you wont be mortified to shout down the road or across the park
    or
    anything brief, so you can fit it on a dog tag, so not bonaparte
