Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Entitlements and Land transfer question..

    Hi all...

    just a basic query hope you can help...

    if some farmland was being transferred by gift, are entitlements associated with this land automatically transferred over at the time as well or could you have a farmland transfer via gift without the entitlements,

    Transferring SPS entitlements is a completely separate transaction to the land transfer. The entitlements are attached to the previous landowners herd number, not his land. You need to fill out a transfer of entitlements form in order to transfer them, whether it is by gift or sale.
