Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

iTunes - Importing and converting

For a long time I've had no problems with iTunes. But recently it's been doing my head in. I've been importing CDs, the first one imports no problem at speeds of 2.0x to 5.0x, but when I try import a second the speed drops to 0.1x. Why is this?

So in a solution to this I've started using WMP. Rips them no problem, much faster then iTunes. So then I need to put them on my iTunes which involves converting them. But the conversation is at speeds of 0.1x. Very annoying.

Why is this? I don't believe it to be my pc. Is it iTunes? Are they trying to prevent us from importing CDs to our library?
