NCT Fail Cost Question?

    Hi all,

    Failed the NCT yesterday, and the below was the reason I failed.

    Would anyone know how much this would cost to fix in a garage? I mentioned it to one garage and he said 100 euro, so not sure if they're ripping me off or not?

    Any help would be really appreciated.

    Item: Steering Linkage
    Descpristion: Dust Covers
    Reason: Missing or severely damaged
    Location: Nearside Front, Outisde

    FAIL !!!

    Ah sure depending where you are and what garage involved. Get another price or two, hard to give prices of jobs on boards until you view the car and the job. That's what the garages are for ! ;)
