Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Filling needing re-doing?

    Evenning all

I have a filling in the back of my mouth that is giving me trouble, I feel it, it aches a bit and have discomfort soon after I have eaten or drunk something. I got this filling done early last year I think.

I am also recovering from a root canal on one of my front teeth, this was done a couple of months ago and my final check up appointment is in June.

I'm wondering if the discomfort I feel in the filling is caused by the root canal while it heals? I've noticed it is a bit uncomfortable when the weather is cold. I take care not to bite down on things like a shark.

When I feel this discomfort and I brush my teeth than it is gone, I don't know if this is due to counter irratation or what now.

I'm debating with myself if I should just wait for the June apptmnt or a move it forward. Could I be doing a lot more damage to my tooth with the filling?

I brush, floss and use mouthwash.

    Thank you getting this far!
