building my own tank.?

to build a 3ft tank guys .. what way do i go about this .. i actualy want to build 2 .. materials and silicone type . i dont want any toxens in the silicone to harm the fish .. cheers , any advice would be great and where to get the glass etc

If you want to save yourself the hassle i have a spare tank just under 3ft.
You will need to get yourself a hood, heater and filter.
I'm in Ashbourne.
