sowing new lawn

    Folks,

    I intend to sow a new lawn this weekend. In total covering approx. 1/4 of an acre...any tips on the following is appreciated:

    Where to buy seeds?
    Quantity of seeds required?
    How best to sow the seeds?
    Watering frequency?
    Expected time to having grass?

    Any other tips or tricks would be great.

    I have a vision of a lucious green lawn!
