    Hello all.

    I have been doing a bit of research regarding attic conversion. I live in Louth.

    First and foremost, I am seeking recommendations of tradesmen that can do this type of work and that have evidence of previous works carried out.

    Am I better letting the contractor supply the cert of compliance or, is it generally more cost effective to source my own architect in this regard.

    Lastly, has anyone encountered a contactor that is willing to work on a day rate and have me supply all necessary materials?
