cottage renovation - plumbing estimation

05-03-2012 9:25pm#1Anyone have any idea how much it would cost to have a 100 yr old cottage plumbed? walls and floors are solid concrete. cottage is approx 500 sq ft. Water source is a well located within 2m of house. the well isnt plumbed to the house.
I Need kitchen plumbed for sink, washing machine dishwasher. Bathroom plumbed for bath/shower & sink, a dual coil solar cylinder, 2-3sq m solar panels (this might come later on down the line, not an immediate necessity), water tank etc. Theres a range in the house so a backboiler and a few rads would be ideal too. Interested in installing a reed bed at the back of the house for greywater. No septic tank necessary because we are going to constuct a wonderful composting loo
