[Wanted] Accomodation wanted for couple in Tuam area

Apologies if i shouldn't be asking such vague questions.
I'm in the process of building our house and need to move back closer to the west of Ireland, so i'm looking for suitable location for myself and my fiancee. I've looked at the most obvious website (daft.ie) but i don't see what i need.
So does anyone know if there would be suitable accomodation (apartment or 2/3 bed room house) in the Tuam area? We would be willing to spend up to 450 euro per month. We would need a place for up to 6 months. I know there are loads of vacant houses that people can't sell or rent so any help on this would be great.

The first one has no minimum lease and the others are 6 month minimum...is there a reason none of these are suitable if you've already checked Daft?
