    The dodgy makeup job on the presenter always distracts me when I watch the show.


    Try the Dean Martin Comedy Roasts from the 70s, some of the best of American TV on Youtube and certainly better than the new comedy roast format.

    I can't watch it, just because of the host. He comes across as such a brown noser that it makes it slightly embarrassing to watch.

    When it was liptons turned to be interviewed, dave chapelle filled his seat, and I can't remember if James himself picked him but he said "he was delighted it was him" which I thought was strange as given all the people he's interviewed, the last person I expected to turn the tables would be chapelle (not that he wasn't good)
