Gaming/Programming Build

I'm looking for advice on graphics cards - they are a pain to choose. I think Ive done well on everything else. Anyway to make this build cheaper?

1. What is your budget? [€650 but hopefully less]

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming- Will pick up Skyrim at some point, at the moment the most graphic intensive games I have are Valve games and Borderlands. Programming - Java/C++/Android]

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [No - I can get one in my college for free]

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No]

5. Do you need a monitor? [No - I have a Samsung 2333HD Its a small bit too big for desktop use but Ill put up with it.]

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Nope have a Sidewinder x4 and Logitech G500

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes]

8. How can you pay? [Bank Transfer/Credit Card]

9. When are you purchasing? [Between June - October depends when I can afford it]

Any criticisms of my build? How about the HD6850 And with the 7870 just announced will the HD6870 disappear off the market? And what about Ivy bridge where does that leave the build?

Looks like a good build to me. I don't think you could really make it any cheaper without sacrificing. If you're not ordering for at least three months though, prices will have dropped by then. Just come back a week before ordering and re-post. There's no point us hammering out a spec for now you; it will have changed quite a bit by the Summer, and a lot by October.
