Also, whilst not a NS event , Little Bo Peep Triathlon is one of the qualification races for AG's wanting to go to Turkey. It opened this morning for the first tranche of 100.

Beast of the East would be on a Thursday. The one day of the week I can't be at a computer at 9am. I assume it sells out pretty quickly being NS and a small race?

Haven't done it before but it's surely possible for someone else to register you.

Its that time of year again to start looking at registration for The Lost Sheep.

The event will be taking place on Saturday 8th September.

Last year was a great year and was rounded off by winning race of the year for 2011.
Once again this year The Lost Sheep will be a National Series event.

The dates for registration are

Wednesday 9th May 8.00am (150 places)

Wednesday 23rd May 8.00pm (150 places)

Got registered.
Figured out what I was doing wrong. Missed the big 'Regitration Open. Click here' message. Tiredness is killing me.
I clicked on the 'Registration' button on the top left and couldn't see anything in there. Might be worth relinking this page.
Then again, I doubt anyone else missed the large text.

Brian Boru is opening on Monday at 9 along side the Crooked Lake Tri.

Well what do you know, got myself on a list for Crooked Lake and got an e mail to say they were able to offer me a place-happy days. Not that it really matters as I had lined up another smaller non NS race but I'm glad, competition is always stiffer at these NS races.

So if you find yourself disappointed for missing an entry, e mail them ASAP and you'd never know

Well first 150 slots at King of the Hill Sprint sold out fast this morning!

Next 150 available Wednesday 9th at 8pm via Triathlon Ireland site.

I missed first batch and was online around 10am ish, so races still selling like hot cakes ...

You might be ok - if free the following wednesday 16th at 8pm?
Triathlon Ireland have this as next open date - contradicts the cork site so not sure which is correct either!

You in for B Boru Oly or sprint?

Think almost all races are now open, lough Hyne Olympic is open now also.
