Checked it out on Friday with the Department of Health and said that it would be late summer before they would be issued as they have to be legislated on first. If it was a tax that the government was taking off the people it would have been implemented on the 1st day. But as usual promises don't come when promised by the our Government.

A spinal injury is not a long term illness. Diabetics is. You can find the list on citizensadvise.ie
