Landlord coming to stay without permission

We have given our landlord the required notice to quit our house at the end of April. My landlord lives in Wales. We are having disagreements about re-paying deposit and me paying last months rent. My landlord has told me he will fly over and stay here to discuss deposit and last months rent. I understand he cannot do this…

The current proposal being discussed is that they be lodged with the PRTB.
Whether or not this proposal ever sees the light of day is anyone's guess.
