    Hi, I'm just wondering could I speak to someone regarding our latest bill? It's significantly higher than any bill we've had in the last year and would just like to make sure there hasn't been a mistake..

    Is the meter reading actual or estimated?

    We can have a look at your account for you no problem.

    If you could just send me a private message with the following details:

    - Account number
    - Your full name
    - The address/telephone number/date of birth on the account
    - Confirmation that you are the named account-holder
