What bank should I move to?

I have a Bank of Ireland standard account with Laser/Maestro/Cirrus and I'm sick of having to pay the bank quarterly fees and I have also been treated like crap by them recently as well in regards to consolidation of outgoings. Is there a one stop shop where I can compare what is best for me?
