Planning a visit to the capital since I havent been there for 12 years.
Where would be a good place to buy a new suit for myself.(Mid 40's) and I dont like those shiny things.
Probably 100's of places but where do you start?

Arnotts is a good place to start, large selection.
For a special occasion Louis Copeland's around the corner in Capel street.

Of course, and I can't believe no-one posted this until now.

Depends. All of the above are good, but if you have the time/patience/money you could go for a bespoke suit or for a lesser budget something made to measure. Magee, Copeland, Sheary menswear will all do very nice made to measure.
