Groupon Silentnight Delivery Issue

    Hi,
    I purchased a Groupon deal for a Silentnight Mattress Topper over 3 weeks ago. It's still 'awaiting picking' on the UK Bedding website where you have to redeem your voucher.

    Has anyone else gotten this deal before? Is it worth my while getting in touch or should I just wait? On a UK forum there was apparently no sign of delivery for the product and no answer from the supplier. I sent them a email but no response.

    Is it possible to get a refund on Groupon deals? At this stage I don't even want the Mattress Topper.
