Guy that hit me was NOT insured

    Hi guys, a couple of days ago a guy drove into me and it turns out that he had no insurance. I rang him with a quote yesterday and he nearly collapsed with the fright. Anyway, he now tells me he has no money and his girlfriend has just had a new baby. I rang the guard that dealt with the crash and he said that i could bring him to court but that he might be ordered to pay me €10 a week unil its paid.
    Now as you can imagine, a tenner a week wont fix my car now, and its the only car i have. Any help on the matter would be really appreciated as i am suck in a rut about the whole situation.
