Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Transferring Entitlements by Change of Herdnumber registration details

    Hi all,

    On the form the following example is used:

    The Single Payment Entitlements were established in the name of John Green. John’s wife, Patricia, has now been added to the herd number so that it is now in the names of ‘John and Patricia Green’. There was no transfer of land involved. As entitlements do not transfer automatically with the herd number, the Entitlements remain in the name of John Green. It is necessary therefore to submit an application to change the registration details of theentitlements into the names of ‘John and Patricia Green’. John Green must sign the application as transferor and John and Patricia Green must sign the application as transferees.

    Is this method of transferring entitlements therefore dependent on no land ever being transferred between the two parties? It doesn't really specify...? Anyone know?

    You should give the department a call (Transfer of Entitlements Section) I did recently with the same query and they told me to fill in page 4, which is the section you refer to.

    Although, I agree the example they use doesnt really make sense.

    yeah I've spoken to the transfer of entitlements section. For me "page 4" is definately my preferred, most straightforward option. Out of curiousity where did you go after doing it... partnership? limited company?
