Hey Folks,

I'm just wondering what's been happening in the Hastings? The missus and myself viewed a house there before we settled on a different estate. From time to time we'd pop in for a look around the estate to imagine what might have been. We were kinda surprised that the area declined as it did. The last time we walked around there seemed to be plenty of unoccupied houses, broken windows, smashed fences and so on. It had I think been this way for quite some time.
We walked through it again today and it seems to be vastly improved. There don't seem to be as many vacant homes, there are no smashed windows and the fences have all been repaired. Some of the roads even got new tarmac and markings.

So what's happened? Did the developer finally finish it off? Did the council step in? It's great to see what was a half dead estate get some life back.
