Still No Bundle 6 month Discount and Vat added on top of Bundle Price

I entered into a bundle in November and I was meant to recieve a discount for the first six months.
However on the January Bill there was no discount.
So I contacted one of the eircom lads on here in January and they messaged me saying that the discount was not applied for some reason and that they applied it now and the discount will be on it for the next bill and it will last for 6 months.
Well I got the March Bill and the discount is still not applied and even to further the problem my bill includes VAT on top of the bundle price when it should be clearly included in the Bundle price.

First of all the Discount for joining a bundle should be €52.04 for first six months
and €57.69 after that.

So what I should of been charged is
For my Bundle €52.04 x 2 = €104.08
I made one call made outside of bundle that cost €0.56, add 23% of vat to that its 0.12cent so 0.68cent for that call in total.
So I should of been charged this
€104.08 + 0.68 =€ 104.76

What I actually got charged was this

Your eircom package charges €111.16
Your Call Charges €0.56
Vat on €111.72 at 23.00% = €25.69
= €137.41

Even without the six month discount the max the bundle should cost is €57.69 x2 which is €115.38

So to summarise I have not got my discount as promised by Eircom when joining a bundle for the first six months and my VAT has been added on outside of the bundle price when it is meant to be inclusive.

What is going on lads? I am not paying a bill that has mistakes on it (again)

I am very sorry I issued the bundle discount on the 11/01/12, but it was no processed on our systems. I will get back to soon after looking into it via PM.

Thanks, Well not getting the discount is only one problem, being charged extra for a phantom VAT charge is another kettle of fish. I am not paying for that.

Mark the only difference in the January Bill and the March Bill
is Under Package Discounts and Promotions

in the January Bill it says
Eircom talktime talker 20.76
NGB Broadband regular 49.58
Total Package Charges-120.34
Package Discounts and Promotions
Taltime/Broadband Bundle -26..54

So 120.34- 26.54 = 93.80
93.80 plus 23% Vat (21.57) = 115.37
Which is correct normal price for that Bundle, (but Eircom didnt include the 6 month discount for me on that occasion)


in the March Bill it says
Eircom talktime talker 20.76
NGB Broadband regular 49.58

Package Discounts and Promotions
eircom bundle promotion credit -9.18
so 120.34 - 9.18 = 111.16 and thats before 23% Vat added.

So obviously the problem here is that the other talktime/Broadband Bundle discount of 26.54 which can be seen in the January Bill was taken off when the 6 month bundle promotion was added.

So my package on this March bill before vat is added is 111.16
so if you take away the 26.54 Discount which should of been included its = 84.62, + 23% Vat (19.46) = 104.08

Which is the correct normal price for that Bundle with the six month discount as advertised on the eircom website.

but my Bill at the moment is plus the 23% Vat on the 111.16
111.16 plus 23% Vat (25.57)= 136.73 is what I have been charged for the Bundle.

84.62 plus 23% VAT (19.46) =104.08 is what I should of been charged for the bundle.

So 32.65 is what I was overcharged.

So what will you do to take the €32.65 of my bill then?

*As I mentioned above one call outside of bundle was 56 cent plus 23% vat= 68 cent
So the final total visible on my Bill is 137.41
