Display screen turns black

    Hi there,

    My laptop display screen turns black but voice still goes on while I am watching videos. Now It happens very frequently. Please help to fix this trouble.

    Click: Start: Control Panel: Power options: When to turn display off: Choose Never.

    I have changed the display option to "Never". hopefully this remedy will work.
