Or our pack hasn't got any forward ball because Heaslip is doing nothing...

Morgan head and shoulders above him.

Ridiculous post. Our scrum is going backwards. Court is not an international tight head.

Johnny keeping us in it. Every scrum is an England scrum :(

Do you think that might be an explanation behind why Morgan is playing so well?

O Leary and rog. Bad call imo

Different scrum half, same tactic :(

HA Ben Morgan is outplaying Heaslip? Another victory for the "back row is only about ball carrying" brigade
Morgan can't make tackles if Ireland don't attack...

TOL wont do a worse job than Reddan has so far but yet again ROG and not McFaddan. Overall those changes weaken us with Sexton now out of position. Bewildering

Reddan is taken off and DOC is kept on?

It's Gilbert, unless you were talking about the Wales game...

Great start by O'Leary, his form over the last number of years deserves his spot in the Irish squad and coming on now, finaly getting his oppertunity, he's showing us all he can do, never given enough chances under Kidney...........Issac Boss, Paul Marshall, sit up and pay attention...

I'm not a fan of the Sexton to 12 thing but if there's any game where it might actually work, it's this one. Just saying.
Darcy is shocking nearly as bad as DOC.

WHY IS TOL ON THE PITCH????

Here comes a try for England. WTF WAS TOL DOING????

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,625 ✭✭✭flyswatter

Great work TOL. How about you just give them the ball with a bow on it?

What else could he have done in that situation in all fairness?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,636 ✭✭✭✭Tox56

    This is depressing.

Penalty try on the way here probably

I seriously think I would do a better job at scrum half than TOL

Payback time for not bringing him to the WC?

Oh, right - I thought they'd have a ball sponsor, surprised to see different balls around.

This is looking iffy for Ireland ...

From out there on the moon, international politics look so petty. You want to grab a politician by the scruff of the neck and drag him a quarter of a million miles out and say, ‘Look at that, you son of a bitch’.

England pushing before the ball was in?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,492 ✭✭✭touts

What else was TOL to do there.

Fair point. Perhaps it's the negative outlook of TOL that's getting me today! I just think Reddan should still be on the field

    But still, fair point

    Come on Court!

He had time to wait for the ball to cross the line.
Scrum for england here is a disaster for us

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭Fireball07

Tbf TOL had to do that there, no option. Any other player would have done the same thing.

Penalty try is on the way though :(

Yeah I'd prefer Reddan to be on still also, just thought O 'Leary was under a lot of pressure and had no options otherwise.

Would it be the worst thing if Healy or Court picked up an "injury" and we moved to uncontested scrums?
