This webpage is not available? Cant access HTML file anymore?

    So I made a website yesterday and now today when I want to look at it/edit it I can't! It says in Chrome:

    This webpage is not available
    The webpage at file:///C:/Users/John/Desktop/Stuff/Web/CarValet/Home.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    Error 10 (net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED): Unknown error.

    Helpp!!! Why cant I open it in browser or edit in notepad++??
    I am Administrator.

    Have you tried to access it through "my computer" is the file still there ie in the folder C:/Users/John/Desktop/Stuff/Web/CarValet/
