    Had preliminary meeting with bank regarding mortgage all was in order and they basically told us to go find a house we would be interested in and then get back to them. After much searching (viewed house twice now) we have found a house we would like to make an offer on- we have rang the person in the bank we have been dealing with and waiting on them to call us back.

    Basically what I'm asking is can someone break down the next steps of the process for us- when can we put in a offer, when does a solicitor get involved etc? sorry FTB's and would like to know what to expect.
