Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The MMA Clinic will open at Dennehys Health and Fitness Studio, Ballincollig, Cork on the 20th of March and will have classes in Boxing, Thai Boxing, MMA, and BJJ.
    We are currently taking memberships for this facillity at the studio every evening this week and next weekend.
    As an incentive all gold card members will have full access to the facillity at Dennehys and the main gym in Frankfield.
    Facillities: large rectangular cage.
    matted area
    Rival heavy bags and tear drop bags
    Conditioning area.
