Transfer of a business name

    I am looking for some help.

    I have a business name registered as individual (me).

    I have just set up a limited company and would like to transfer that business name from my own name to the limited company.

    Is there an easy way of doing it apart from ceasing the business name and reregistering it?

    no, that's the only way. But you can send both documents together in the same envelope, so its processed quickly.
