Spending the entire day at the beach with the kids , unfortunately they are all in their teens now and wouldn't be seen dead with me :(

With a dodgey left knee becoming more troublesome with advancing age, my favourite pastime of hill-walking is long passed. The busted knee is a reminder of the last match I ever played - inter-firm hurling, not for the feint of heart. Now I walk on beaches which are nice and level and have the added bonus of flotsam and jetsam thrown up by the seas to keep the interest piqued and the pockets full.

Not really an outdoors-ey type of person but do love walking in Spring. Crisp, cool but bright days are perfect for walking :)
