bunk bed fall Death 2 yo

She probably climbed up there herself.
Some kids will climb on anything.

She might have been there with a teenager or even with her dad. We don't know the circumstances so we shouldn't pass judgement.

As others mentioned, she may not have been sleeping in the bed, any way, it's wrong to speculate at such a tragic time.
