4s / meteor billpay / problems sending sms

    i have a 4s on meteor billpay and it will not allow me to send text messages i have done a full restore and it is still the same has anyone else had this problem

    check that your message centre is set to +353857000000
    try the sim in another phone to rule out any issues with your account

    Its probably the message centre number thats causing the problem.
    Random's solution should work, if not you could install jellysms.

    It works on Android, iOS and Desktop. It's an app that sends web texts from your phone or pc using an internet connection.
