Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You need to research how mooncups are sterilized. you don't need to boil water to clean it every time you remove it. Just once a month when your period is finished.

My point was not about the disposing of them but the allowance for providing them.

You're the one that brought up boiling not me.

And my point was that the allowance puts women on an even footing with men when it comes to being provided with all items necessary for the work they do.

Why the public have this impression:

Let's see, from the top of my head

Garda kills two men with bald tyres & no insurance & gets off
    Garda make jokes about rape
    crime rates rising
Legislation passed to allow home owners protect themselves
gardai preferring garda stations close than give up nonsense allowances
Garda's acting as security guards for multinationals
Garda support evicting people from their houses, contravening common law they swore to uphold

garda getting their tax paid for by the state

Disciplinary action not being carried out

In the estimated 20 cases where the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission has recommended disciplinary action against members of the force for their roles in policing the Shell to Sea protests, none has been acted upon.

    Any comment on this

Rather more to the case than your letting on.

Really? Thats awful - what law was broken?

You've proof of that? Why would that be the Gardai's fault?
    micropig wrote: »

    Whats that to with anything?

You've proof they made such a choice?

I think you'll find you are confusing your opinion with fact there. Should the Gardai have been acting outside their lawful remit, it would have been in the courts by now.

    Confusing opinion with fact again.

    Be more specific.

'Gardai need to be more accountable' shock. None of which really impacts on whether rent allowance is nessecary or not.

Its a generalised remark by howlin on allowances.
