Car Headrest DVD players

Hi there I wonder can anyone help with this problem... Have existing 2 dvd headrest players...bought 2 new ones...can i link all four so that they are all watching the same dvd at once????? If so what cable or box do i need to link the 4 dvd players together.. thanks a million mags
