    Thats it man,triceps are my weak point so im doing dips through out the day in work.Aiming for 340 reps by 7 bells with sets mixed in between 5-and ten.

    Well the day ended with 200 reps of dips with a mixture of sets of 5 and some ten.
    Going to get into dead lifting so started in the gym tonight.
    bb deadlift
    60x7
    80x7
    100x7
    120x7
    140x5
    150x5
    160x5

    Even by avoiding this movement for a long time it proves you never loose that
    much strength once you keep busy at it at the gym.

    Numbers will improve by the summer!

    Back at it again after the weekend of partying.Kept it simple again.

    6sets of 12 rep dips followed by 5 sets of 8 pull ups.

    Tomorrow will be the scotch pegs

    So today i trained in work,
    11 sets of 10 dips with no added weight.
    5 sets of 8 chin ups.
    Cycle straight home and put the feet up

    jesus i started to do these and can only manage 5 dips, along way to go.
