I switched to emobile about 5 weeks ago, since then I cannot receive calls or texts from vodafone, even though I can contact them.
I have been onto their customer care for 2/3 weeks now. They are basically saying that vodafone have to resolve this on their side and they cannot do anything, only keep waiting.
I am looking for work and am taking a risk by staying out of contact with a large network.
I am hoping somebody with some more knowledge can advise me please....

    1. If I change network tomorrow and port my number, will the same problem just travel through to the new network?
    2. Can anyone advise on how the networks communicate with eachother, do I really have to keep waiting? Can i do anything other than calling emobile customer care?

    Thanks

It actually is down to Vodafone. They have to update their routing. All eMobile can do is keep emailing and asking them to do it. Contact Comreg to see if they can get VF to pull the finger out.

Thank you very much. I didn't realise Comreg might be able to help, I'll check it out. Cheers!
